Glacial Lakes FOP Lodge 23 is a proud sponsor of the 2023 Polar Bear Plunge.  This year members will be assisting and “taking the plunge” during two events.

The first is at 12:00 pm on January 28, 2023 at the Willmar/Spicer Polar Bear Plunge located at the Spicer American Legion, 155 Lake Ave South, Spicer, MN. Registration begins at 9:00 on January 28, 2023.

The second event is at 1:00 pm on February 25, 2023 at the Alexandria Polar Bear Plunge located at the Zorbaz, 2710 N Nokomis NE, Alexandria, MN 56308. Registration begins at 12:00pm on February 23, 2023
